well since im the first one it wouldn’t be fair to post but i will...
i feel, dearly, that the james-lange theory can hold me in contempt for a while because of the fact that i smile to make myself feel better, or when i frown or look excited, i experience the emotion that corresponds with that physiological response.... it helps me calm down or bring my body to homeostasis when i feel enraged, or down on my luck.
im certain, that not just in my psychology class, people experience and will accept my statement into theres, but also will agree with this theory along with the other theories that correspond withg this theory, i hope that many if not few, enjoy my post and long live psychology :D

the theory of emotion that i agree with is the two factor theory of emotion which says that the physiological and the subconscious aspect of emotion go hand in hand and an example of a situation i was involved with that confirms this theory is the time i got into a fight in 6th grade and when that boy decided to push me i didn't have to think i knew i was infuriated so the heat and adrenaline and the two punches that followed were almost a reflex. When i got angry i didn't analyze my expression to tell me whether i was angry or not, it happened simultaneously.

@mananomski2 i don't believe that that happens in the spur of the moment. I think it happens intentionally, like if im feeling down and someone tells me to smile so i can feel better, im smiling because i want to and it will probably only work for a couple of minutes then i'll go back to my original mood.
